Assignment 7- Me in 5 years

What I want to be in 5 years is successful, but where I want to be is hopefully graduating college. For College I plan to go to OCC for two years and then transfer to an out of state school out of the country. I really want to travel abroad and see the world, and I think one of the best ways of doing that is by getting to live there and getting to know the culture. Hopefully by then I will have my foot in the door of a film directing position and can get started with that.

After High school I plan on looking for a job to pay the bills while I go to college. My best friend and I plan on moving into together for a little bit to see how living on our own would feel. It's all about taking that next step to push you farther into your future.

Assignment 9- My Dream School.

My dream school is the Academy of Art University in San Fransico. They have such an amazing campus and location. I have family in San Fransico and am frequently up there. It is such an amazing place full of history and incredible artists. A few years back we had stumbled upon the campus there and I immediately fell in love. I started researching it and noticed that it had more to offer me for what I want to do as a profession. I would love the opportunity to go there and to be apart of such an amazing school.

Assignment 3- My favorite thing

My favorite thing is movies, but my favorite director is Tim Burton. He has such a creative way of filming and making the movie seem that much more darker. He knows how to captivate an audience just through some of the scenery instead of the dialogue like the garden in Edward Scissor Hands or the forest in Alice in Wonderland. My interest for movies started at a very young age. I have always been fascinated with them and how for an hour or so they can really make you feel like you are in the movie. When I got older my passion for them grew stronger, but i frequently asked myself "how can I improve this film? or what can I do to put my own twist on it?" Thats how i knew that I wanted to become a director and hopefully inspire someone else to use their creativity like how the movies gave me.
